The prompts featured on Hixa are sourced from publicly available content shared by creators and users across social media and the internet. We do not claim ownership of these prompts. Where possible, we attribute prompts to their original creators or sources.

AI-generated content:

Some prompts on Hixa may have been created with the assistance of AI tools. The outputs generated by using these prompts are created by the AI platforms you use (such as Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.), not by Hixa.

• The prompts are free from errors or will work on future versions of AI tools
• Our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure

AI platforms change frequently. A prompt that works today may produce different results as AI models are updated. We are not responsible for changes in AI platform behaviour.

Hixa is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Google, OpenAI, Midjourney, Stability AI, or Adobe. All AI platform names (Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E 3, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly) are trademarks of their respective owners.

When you use AI tools with prompts from Hixa, you are subject to the terms of service of those platforms. Please review their individual terms before use.

5. User Conduct

By using Hixa, you agree not to:

• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
• Use prompts to generate content that violates any law or third-party rights
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our website's content, design, or structure for commercial use without our permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with our website

6. Content Removal Requests

We respect the rights of creators. If you believe a prompt displayed on Hixa:

• Was originally created by you and is being displayed without proper credit
• Contains your copyrighted material
• Should be removed for any other legitimate reason

Please contact us with the specific prompt URL and your reason for the request. We will review and respond within 7 business days.
